Nemtsev Yury
Born in 1957 in Moscow.
In 1993 graduated from Moscow High Artistic Industrial College (formerly the Stroganoff Institute).
Member of International Art Fund, member of International Federation of artists (Professional and Creative Union of artists and Graphic designers), member of Creative Union of artists "Sensus", member of Ufology Society International (Canada).
The paintings of Yuri Nemtsev are represented in many public galleries and private collections of Russia, Germany, the USA, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Japan, the UAE, Egypt, Switzerland, Israel, France and so on.
